Ships dock mainly at the Colon 2000 Pier. It’s a newer and main terminal and features a duty free shopping center with a good choice of shops, restaurants, casinos and supermarkets. The pier is located on the east side of Colon facing Manzanillo Bay.

The cruise port terminal also has a number of cafes with free wi-fi, ideal if you want to keep in touch with friends, family or work colleagues. Likewise, most hotels in the area also provide their guests with complimentary wi-fi options in rooms or the reception area.

When more than one ship is in Colon the Homeport pier could be used as well. The two facilities are very close to each other. The older Cristobal Pier facility is seldom used by cruise ships these days, they now handle exclusively containers.
